Renaissance Management and Training Solutions, LLP is a public relations firm that provides a myriad of services developed to enhance human relationships in the workplace. We specialize in human resource orientation, and training for managers and supervisors within the private sector, the public sector and school districts.

Our primary focus is the reduction or alleviation of inter-cultural, gender, and racial conflict, thereby enhancing employee morale, reducing grievances, minimizing potential liability, and improving organizational productivity. Our public relations agency seeks to conduct staff development assessments and tailor specific orientation and training for organizations.

Echols was born in Memphis, Tennessee as the son and grandson of Baptist ministers. He completed high school in Spokane, Washington, before serving 25 years with the U.S. Army, Army National Guard, and Army Reserve. He served in Vietnam as a teenager and was awarded the Bronze Star while there. During his professional life, Echols has served as:

Echols has B.A. in Public Service from the University of Central Oklahoma, and he pursued graduate studies in human relations training, organizational development, and diversity in the workplace at the University of Oklahoma. He is married and resides with his wife, Muriel, in Kansas City, Kansas. He also has two adult children and two granddaughters.
