"I attended the Renaissance training for the second time on June 10, 2017.  This training is intended for managerial and supervisory staff, but I would recommend this course for anyone looking to broaden their horizon on personal growth.  I believe any age group, from young adults to senior-level professionals can benefit greatly in their personal and professional interactions if they use the techniques taught in this course.  The questions and activities in the guide are thought-provoking and may even serve asa personal magnifying glass for self-reflection.  The material is presented with a natural progression which allows the facilitator to address complex issues in a simple and easy to understand format.  I thought taking the course twice would leave me bored, but that was completely wrong.  I walked away with more insight and a plethora of new ideas to help me navigate in a multicultural work environment.  The training is engaging and allows for open discussion and dialogue that really exposes the issues in the room with finesse.  I see this course as a stepping stone that has changed the way I view relationships, not only with other people groups, but with individual personalities.  If there was anything I would change in this class from a facilitator standpoint, it would be to have a chance to teach a complete module during the second training."
